CLAIMS
In the event of a claim (or potential claim) please follow these steps:

Report the incident to Guardian as soon as possible.

Do whatever is necessary to prevent further loss. For example, call the appropriate
emergency services, remove (if possible) property that is in danger of being damaged
(particularly important business records), and secure the premises.

Complete all claims documentation as soon as practicable (ensuring your ABN
number and Input Tax Credit entitlement are included) and forward it to Guardian with
any supporting documents.

Do not admit liability. Your Insurer is entitled to deny a claim or pay a reduced amount
if statements made by you (or your employees) prejudice the Insurers position.

Do not replace or repair any damaged property without approval from Guardian or
the consent of your Insurer
