Your first point of contact should be your Guardian representative. If that proves unsatisfactory, please call our complaints officer on (08) 8238 0100. Your complaint will be acknowledged within one business day, and the person dealing with it will contact you.
Should you be unhappy with our response, you have the right to take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), of which Guardian is a member. They can be contacted on 1300 780 808.
